The deal sees developer PXtech’s flagship business intelligence solution; PXportal harnessed by ICRTouch and offered to all of the established software provider’s retail and hospitality customers as an integrated ICRTouch tool, TouchOffice Web.
Specifically designed for the retail and hospitality sectors, the unique cloud-based solution sits on top of EPoS systems and provides retailers with access to up-to-the-minute business critical data from any internet location across the world. Delivering accurate analysis of transactional information 24/7, this information enables businesses to make rapid decisions which immediately impact on their operational efficiency.
Complementing ICRTouch’s established TouchPoint till system and working in conjunction with store surveillance, business owners are now immediately alerted to potentially fraudulent transactions, whilst new labour management elements enable effective staff deployment decisions, ensuring that peak times are well serviced as well as eliminating wasted staff hours.
The deal follows the success of an established working relationship between the two companies which has seen ICRTouch’s resellers offer PXtech’s products as an additional software package option.
